Data used to provide your placement
We store payment references, your private billing/contact email, submitted brand details, and a hashed recovery credential. The brand name, logo, website, amount paid, and placement history are public. Email and recovery credentials are private.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application. Supabase stores records and processed logos. Dodo Payments provides checkout and payment processing. Resend delivers recovery and service emails. Card data is collected by the payment provider, not our brand-details form.
Storage and measurement
Essential cookies support order recovery and operator authentication. Recovery links provide order-specific access without a buyer account. Outbound clicks are counted conservatively with daily pseudonymous rate limits, rather than advertising trackers. Opening a brand website takes you to that website’s privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Public sponsor history is retained for at least 12 months unless moderation or security requires removal. Private records are retained only as needed for service, financial obligations, and dispute handling. Final retention schedules, operator contact, and applicable rights procedures must be completed before launch.
