Purchase terms
The placement
Brand my iPhone Duo sells digital advertising space on a virtual folding phone. No physical product, physical sticker, guaranteed exposure, audience size, or return is included.
Payment and takeovers
Each buyer pays the full displayed USD placement price, inclusive of any applicable tax. There are no subscriptions, credits for earlier purchases, or guaranteed minimum placement durations. Your brand remains until a later buyer completes a takeover.
Completion and refunds
After confirmed payment you have 24 hours to submit a brand name, private contact email, public website, and valid logo. Publication is immediate after validation. An incomplete order is locked and enters automatic full refund handling. We only describe a refund as confirmed once the provider confirms it. Being outbid alone does not create a refund entitlement. These terms do not exclude remedies required by law or the payment provider.
Content and moderation
Submit only logos and content you have permission to use. Do not submit fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or unsafe content or destinations. Unsafe ads may be removed after publication. Sponsor history is retained for at least 12 months, subject to necessary security and moderation handling.
Launch status
Operator details and final policy review are pending. This draft must be finalized before public paid launch.
